Excellent service, my new agent Tiffany Charpia was awesome! She was extremely assertive, timely, and professional. I called their office Friday mid-morning franticly and she was extremely reassuring. I don't think she has any idea how much I appreciate it. I will highly recommend her and the Geico Team! Thank you Tiffany for all of your help. I am literally kicking myself for wasting my time with my previous insurance company. I was literally dreading calling another insurance company after having a horrible experience with my prior company that morning. Tiffany made everything better, thank you, thank you, thank you!

I attempted to receive help concerning my policy and was turned away with a corporate number! This company serves no purpose and if I have to call corporate, why have a brick and mortar building?? They try to tell me that I cannot remove my 17 year old from my policy, although she lives with her mother. How can any company dictate who u can drop from your policy? This is a civil issue, but they are dictating my policy and it looks as though I wl have to go back to USAA!!!

Brittany F. went above and beyond to help me sign up for the Identity Protection plan! Very affordable and a must have. She even showed me the difference between Geico’s plan and LifeLock.

I am a local sales person at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet and every time I call this branch for my customers to get insurance it is always the lowest prices and are very fast customer service is AWESOME!!!!!!!! special thanks to Collin who has helped me with every client you guys are GREAt!!!!!!!!!!
