Never again.  They couldn’t even figure out I had a u-joint was going out.  I told them that’s what I thought.  After going to another mechanic, sure enough, problem solved.  They also charged me $900 for a door handle fix.  I asked them to fix a retraction problem with the seat belt, they said they did but, heck no!!

This place is a real rip off! They try to charge me 600$ Jut to replace a starter when I get done other place for under 100$. This guy charge me over 50$ when I know my starter is bad n they just tell me the same thing on paper! And they charge for that, plus their shop supply! Really? Suppose the mechanic have its own tool? It is a total rip off place. Don’t go here.

My son took his 2007 Jeep Compass there because the battery kept going dead so we wanted to get the altinator checked. They called back saying there was nothing wrong with the altinator and that the belt was on wrong, and that since the a/c compressor wasn't working it needed to be replaced or the altinator wouldn't work. Cost estimate of $1300. I took back the car with no work being done and took it somewhere else. Belt not on wrong, altinator broken. Replaced with parts and labor $350. When I called back to Taylor and asked why they misdiagnosed everything they just hung up. I would give them a lower star than 1 but they don't have minus. If you want to get ripped off then go to Taylor Automotive, it's what they're best at.
