Great place. Great books. Great people. The only thing that might be lacking in this library is the small selection. It's a small library but what they don't have, they will get for you. This place has a great atmosphere. It's usually quiet and it has good computers too. Even the wifi isn't bad.

They got an old book from other branch library. The spine of the book was already loose when I picked it up. Anyway, I didn't expect for them to get the book for me from other branch. I was grateful. It was surprising. However, I already bought an used same book from Amazon. The condition of the book I bought from Amazon was a way better than the library book. I was not going to pick it up but I appreciate the librarians. So, I picked it up. and read that library book for a few days. and I returned it to an library staff. She didn't say anything about a book condition at that time because it wasn't a big matter in her eyes at that time, too. And I got an urgent call later the same day from the staff. On the phone she claimed I ruined the book and said that I need to pay a full price as a new book. If the book is a new book to begin with. I might not have a problem. According to their judgment, if I damaged the book, I am willing to pay for the price of the old book. The book was already very loose, especially book spine. and ready to be fall apart when I picked it up. I only kept it for two weeks. Now, they are punishing me. They let me borrow the old book, they didn't check the book quality properly at first. and now ask me to pay the new book price. Their policy is ridicules. I want to ask the other branch library director when he or she exactly got the book. Was it new when the library purchase the book? If it was the brand new book, how many years ago? I wanted to ask them. Many people checked out the book for a long time, the book quality is already to be ready to be replaced by the point that I picked up. I should have taken a picture before picking it up. I am being punished as a person borrowed the book lastly. Yes, Library got a good chance to replace the old book with a new one from money I have to pay. I have no trust from the public library anymore. Just be aware of library. They are waiting for people to pay for their old book in order to replace with a new book.
