Worst customer service. The Bank Manager interrupted, yelled, and was sarcastic towards me. In addition, he had a smile on his face with his hands in his pocket! The bank removed money from my account depleting it. I filed a claim and they admitted responsibility. However, after getting the run around, I went into this location and they refused to remove the overdraft fee. Nobody even had the decency to apologize. I still have not had a resolution.

NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE THEY ARE EXTREMLY RUDE (THE AFRICAN LADY IN PARTICULAR) THEY NEVER WANT TO HELP.If you want service take the extra time to drive to Annapolis branch they are always helpful. Its amazing that bowie wasn't able to help me with a simple issue but I drove to Annapolis directly after and they took care of me within minutes......

Awful customer service!! I've been there several times and the customer service gets worse each time I'm there. Even though this branch is the most convenient branch for me to go to, I drive to Annapolis just to do my banking.
