Wonderful experience!!! their tech Joe fixed my laptop in a timely manner was very friendly and helpful with my questions, price was fair also! will go back when needed, they've earned my business!!

Scammers!  WHATEVER they do to your computer, it will cost AT LEAST DOUBLE what the same thing would cost somewhere else.  Avoid, unless you are rich AND desperate!

They were fast, affordable, professional. They explained everything in a way that didn't make me feel stupid! The tech went above and beyond on my repair, and also suggested a tool I can use to save money and future problems. 100% satisfied!

Gerardo O. is amazing!  My husband's computer was crashing and it was a very complex solution to get everything on to a new hard drive.  In addition, he had to deal with two very senior citizens who couldn't find passwords, etc.etc.  He was very patient and explained clearly and understandably all our options and made recommendations.  This the second (or third) time he's been here (for my computer before) and every time he is extremely knowledgeable, comes up with solutions to problems, and is always patient, courteous and friendly.
