I had a great experience with an incredibly helpful and friendly staff member. We were looking for a microphone and stand to use in a photo shoot. He told us that while they do not sell bundle packages, we could look online to find a bundle and they would price match. He even searched online and found us one after the one I found was a microphone model the store didn't carry in stock. Fast, courteous, and personal customer service. 6/5 STARS

Huge inventory, huge floor space.  Layout is logical with plenty of sound quiet rooms for customers to evaluate instruments.  Staff is courteous and helpful.  One thing I would like to see are steel finger picks sold in loose quantities.

No matter which Guitar Center I visit the service is always real great! People are friendly and helpful. Sometimes however you need to know who to talk to or where to go. People at registers are sometimes real busy and not very talkative, but to get help just go to the sales floor or find someone in the guitar or drum room and they are always GREAT help!!!!  Went in for a question which led to many more. Paul was very patient and informative. For anything music related do not hesitate to go in and ask. They will be glad to help!

We were going to buy my little brother new drums for his 18th Birthday from Guitar Center but we will take our business somewhere else after today. Unfortunately my brother didn't catch the extremely rude employee's name but he was asked to stop playing the drums  if he wasn't going to buy them. Well In fact we were going to buy them but we wanted my brother to be sure of the drums he picked out. He has gone there a handful of times for roughly 20 minutes to get a feel for them. I'm sure most musicians would agree that no one wants to jump blindly into such a large purchase . We will gladly take our business to someone deserving!!!'

I LOVE this place. Every chance I get, I come. The staff is so friendly. They give tips, tricks, advice, & facts that help out throughout music and the products you buy. Overall,l this place is wonderful. All should know it.
