DO NOT TRUST AT&T with your Data and Text. Google up N.S.A and ATT and you will see how they have violated your rights and do not disclose any of this information. They are NOT for Net Neutrality and  they will gauge you for any money. This place is a FRANCHISE and will take you for everything that you got. Be smart and shop around. Best time to get a deal? At the end of the month if you want to sign a contract with this evil company.

Wife and I upgraded phones and at that time was told if any issues with the phones you can exchange them for the same model phone within 14 days. My phone had an issue from the start - glitchy. Went back to store to exchange and (manager) stated we don't exchange phones.  Then why was that part of your sales pitch? Seriously get your facts right!!!!!!  : /

ZERO stars.  We upgraded our phones, were sold 2 IPADS and told we could cancel after a month.  Just called to cancel and we were told we are under contract for 2 years.  We will be filing a formal complaint TODAY!!!!!!!!   Do not use this store compulsive liars.  You can bet we will be in there after work and every day until they cancel our contracts.  DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
