Car audio staff is great. Will take care of your vehicle and treat it as if it were their own. I've seen some very clean setups come out of their facility. Will take on older cars and newer.

I never write reviews but today ill make an exception, yesterday i was going from store to store trying to buy GOLD PS4 and found Nicholas who totally went out of his way to help me he answered all my questions and tried calling different stores just so i could get my hands on the product and i noticed that not only he was helping me but he was helping a coworker too i was really happy with the customer  service i received made sure to memorize his name just so i could write this review in case the managers dont notice the kind of worker they have this is the kind of people that make you go back to their business because of the help and the treatment we receive i dont know what the requirements for employee of the month is but i think Nicholas has them all, thanks alot for the help.  Keep it up :)

This place is a f@#%N JOKE how are they still in business .. Who ever reviewed thier car audio dept worked for thier car audio dept ive taken my cars thier 5x they screwed up 4 out of 5 nice guys but not good at thier job. 

Calling to find out anything good luck they won't answer.. No matter what dept. If u do wait on hold get a movie ready on Netflix u might need 2.. I hate Best Buy F U B B!! Sincerely unaccountable assh@l@z
