The campsites here are really clean. This campsite also provides bathrooms. Interesting fact about them. They don't flush. It's a Toilet over a deep while on the ground. Also, no sinks so you can't wash your hands either. This place does not provide electricity. That being said, make sure you have a bright flashlight because it gets really dark at night. Like really dark. This place is also great for stargazing.

We would definately camp here again. Clean and quiet. Nice firepits with grill grates. Nothing better than breakfast over the fire. Camp sites are huge so your not packed in like sardines. You cant usualy see your neighbor. Actually feels like camping not just sleeping in a tent near complete strangers. Pay per vehicle so you could group camp for cheap if you park all the cars in the lot up the road. If you want to do the grand canyon dont stay at the campground inside the park. Stay at ten x. Ill meet you there...

We just stayed for 2 nights. (Mid July). It was great! Super close to The Grand Canyon South Rim. Nice views & trail at campsite. Each campsite has nice tables & fire pits. Bathrooms well spread out. Only $10/night! Because it's near the Grand Canyon, people are coming/going often.

Beautiful! We have a 32' camper and can't stay at Grand Canyon... this place is gorgeous with clean bathrooms, and winding roads for bike riding. I think I love it here. It does get very nice and cool at night

Excellent self-pay campground and great price. Sites were big and clean, water and bathrooms (though no showers) were easily accessible. (There are pay showers at Mather campground in the park however)....Great for a quieter and cooler camping session during a trip to the Grand Canyon. Just drive around and find a site you like (and is available) and submit your payment and information in the box at the campsite entrance. Each site I believe had a fire pit and picnic table and many had charcoal grills as well. Rangers patrol in the evenings to keep things quiet and peaceful. We even saw some elk wandering the grounds in the early morning! Will definitely be returning here!
