A fantastic spot for food, drinks, and pool! This is my personal go to spot to shoot pool. The professional Diamond tables are a dream to play on. The staff is always extremely friendly. And all the food that I have tried has been delicious. The restaurant is split with one side being the sit-down eating area and the other being the pool hall with a bar and more seating. The pool hall/bar has been newly renovated, and it is beautiful. It is the perfect place to book for parties, celebrations, or any other events. Something that should be noted is that the pool hall is sometimes used for league and tournaments. I recommend calling in advance to see if the hall is available for walk ins. Finally, the owner, Terry, is an amazing guy. He always checks in on me to see how I am doing when I visit, which is really kind. I highly recommend Terry’s Kitchen.
I got this as a reccomendation from a coworker and it was great. Obviously they only do takeout at the moment, and they only take online orders for now no delivery, but its well worth it. The loco moco is great, but the tonkatsu and burgers are also worth trying. You also get alot of customizable options when you order i.e. how do you want your meat cooked, sides, every component of the burger is customizable. They're only open from 4pm-9pm, which is a shame because I would definitely get lunch from here too.
We tried this for the first time tonight and have to say we were less than impressed. My son ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. The coleslaw had no taste, the bun was super dry and the French fries were soggy and half cooked. My wife ordered the Fish and Chips. The fish was overly oily and as with my son, her fries were equally as soggy and half cooked. Lastly, I had the Salmon, Rice and Veggies. Overall the dinner seemed ok except for the rice which was overly dry. The bad news is 15m after eating I got ill. My stomach was in knots, I felt bloated and gassy. 2 hours later and I am still recovering. This changed my rating from a 2 star to a 1. The food really is nothing special and my son said “we would have been better off at Blazing Onion down the street. I cannot recommend this establishment in any fashion. Now I will go back to hoping this illness passes.
The loco moco and tonkatsu was delicious! Portions are very good. If you like pineapple, the pineapple freeze is a must. The staff and service was great. They earned a return customer for sure.
Good interior, good asian dish. Last order was 10:30. Staff were nice also. Definitely would like to come back here again!
Brunch and dinner are both excellent. The loco moco is delicious as is the country fried steak. Their portions are enormous. This place is worth the trip out to southern Bellevue.
Had the Rib Steak Mikado style medium rare, very good and cooked to perfection. Usually I have to anticipate overcooking and order rare, expecting medium rare, unless I'm ordering a very expensive steak. Will be back for sure. Edit: Been coming here regularly since my first visit. Everything I've had has been great, including the service. Probably the best all around restaurant in Newcastle. Good food, good prices, good service.
I heard a lot of good things about this restaurant from my family. They definitely have a variety of comfort food. I had the Prime Rib French Dip. It was delicious, it had a Smokey flavor to it. Also had the fried chicken wings for an appetizer.
Excellent food with good prices. The place is small but always be filled with diners so order for take out is a good option too. The cashiers, servers are very nice and welcoming.
Loved it! The place is nice and cozy. Very friendly service. The kids menu is good. The food is delicious.
