Wife and I waited for several hours only to be told that they have to close early. Ended up going to Killeen where they were far more helpful and professional. Thank God this place is closed.

We go to the Office to get our Handicapped tag renewed every six months. The ladies there are always friendly and helpful. The one star ratings are people who do not like to wait and are inconsiderate of others. They want their wants tended to ahead of all others. What can you expect from idiots?

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a driver license office. If I could rate this no stars I would. I spent just shy of 4 hours here at the office before everything was taken care of. There is lack of direction nothing is clear, there is no number system on signing in so one gentleman was cut in line because the line was not organized. They need to put in the computer system that will give you a number and text your phone when it is your turn so you can wait in the car especially since there is no real waiting room and you have people sitting on the floor. As if this was not enough the only two employed on that day were very unpleasant to deal with. They were very short and snippy and I hated my experience there. I know it is never fun in these offices but this is just ridiculous.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I'd give it zero stars if I could. No waiting area. People sitting on the floor waiting. Nobody allowed in the office. Only one clerk working. Waste of time.

I believed it's a turn around point . The two ladies were very helpful and took their time explaining what was needed to facilitate smooth transaction. Although long wait time but what do you expect 2 ladies serving the entire cove and surrounding areas. The City should expand the drivers license office and get more staff.
