My 16 yr old went for his driving test they said the vehicle needed insurance but never told me he had to be on the policy rescheduled. Second time that third brake light didn't work when it did he said not when I checked and rescheduled us😡😠

The lady gave me a eye exam when I already have a dtl eye exam . She said I did not pass so I can't get my cdl . I have to get an eye exam send some papers of to Austin wait for their response , and than I can try for my Cdl . On top of all that she kept my drivers license . Now I have to see If she was responsible enough to hold it for me . This is the worst DPS office I have ever been to. Mind you I have lived all over the world .

Have had to return multiple times, each time being told that I needed something else depsite asking EVERY SINGLE TIME for them to tell me exactly what it was I would need, and if that was everything. Horrible place. The staff is incompetent, the supervisors are far too concerned with maintaining the illusion that they know what theyre doing, and every time we've gone back they've told us we're missing some previously unmentioned form.

People are super friendly, patient and not like people who work in other DPS.

Instructor showed up 30 minutes late to give me my drivers test. Upon arriving, she was rude. Then accused me of running stop signs during my test. I ran nothing. Didn't get my license.
