I got there for my appointment at 10:48 like 30 min early. Their was a line and the people there said that the door was locked so I waited. 15 min pass and a woman comes out to start moving in. Waited outside for like 30 min. All in all the process took like an hour , the building was clean, the employees were respectful and courteous. No problems. Comparable to the the office off hwy3....this was a quicker and more organized process

Arrived right at lunch time.  Place was filled to capacity.  Lady at entrance very friendly, helpful and patient.  Staff is fast processing each request.  In and out in 30 minutes.  Keep up the good work.

Worse experience ever. I wish I could have rated them a zero. Staff was extremely rude! You would do better going to another location.

Get in line online or by phone and you can get in fast.   I was in and out within the hour.  Best dmv around and worth the drive to Texas City!

I got there and there was only one person waiting, Staff is super friendly and helpful. Very organized staff and I was out of there in 10 minutes.
