Horrible!!! Rude and unprofessional staff. Filthy floors and restrooms. It has a front desk but no employee is ever there to greet or answer questions, just the sign instructing you to take a number. Small waiting area and often standing room only due to not having enough seats or space to accommodate the large volume of people. Always a 3 or more hour wait time, regardless of how early you arrive. Without a front desk person, often you will wait for hours for your number, only to find out that you don't have all of your needed documents! When you finally get called to the back, there are 2 maybe 3 (if you're lucky) employees there to handle such a large volume of people... It's ridiculous!

Can I give this place a no star? Yesterday my son (18) was here for three hours with 4 find of ID But no picture ID as he had just graduated high school and they would not give him his ID. We have been here since 820 am today and it is 925. They have called only 10 numbers. So at this rate we have 3 more hours to be seen. They don't answer the question as to why a citizen with a birth certificate, pay stub with address, mail from the college and a social security card cannot get an ID despite the rules only saying we need 1 primary and 2 supportive documents.

The audacity of the staff to have me wait 4 hours to get my paperwork in and schedule my driving test; only to tell me that I should schedule my test by the phone. The phone number, by the way, doesn't give you any live assistance. Only a loop of useless information that, surprise surprise, told me that I could schedule my test at any location. Now I'm going to have to wait hours again to do what I could have done the last time I went.

Generally I can find something positive but this experience was beyond horrible and it was not due to my 2 hour wait. Frist, there is no one in the front to guide you to check in or answer any questions. Secondly, a lady came out and asked everyone with certain numbers to change seats, so 80 people switched areas as requested then she stats only one person may be in this new area and required a child to not only leave a parent (6 years old) but made get to stand because of the previous request if seat moving. Why does it matter be where people sit? Why are we placing 6 year olds out of view of a parent? Third, the facility is disgusting. And to top it off the staff was hateful and flat out rude.

FOR SERVICE AS BAD AS THIS PLACE... THEY COULD ATLEAST HAVE SOME TYPE OF COURTESY OR CONSIDERATION. IM SO FRUSTRATED. TOO BAD ITS A LAW TO HAVE A IDENTIFICATION ... OR ELSE WE WOULD NOT NEED A BUNCH OF RUDE PEOPLE WORKING FOR US. THESE LADIES NEED A REALITY CHECK. WE PAY YOU
