So disappointed this time. We brought 2 friends from out of state here after raving about the top notch service we always get, and wouldn't you know it, it was horrible. A table of 12 came 15 minutes after we were seated and they got their food before we did!! Also, no one ever came by to refill drinks or chips. My husband's Pepsi glass sat empty for 25 minutes! The food was served (We all got fajitas, but the server placed our meals and sides on the table and walked away. We had no tortillas! We waited about 3 minutes, then flagged someone down and asked for tortillas. It was a very disappointing night and embarrassing for me after raving about this place to our friends. I will say that the food was very good as always, but I was disappointed when my husband said he doesn't care to go back again.

I got a table, immediately. The hostess was very welcoming. The waitress was very pleasant, courteous and prompt. The good was served hot. A large portion. Very tasty food. Excellent Chile verde. The price was moderate. I had am excellent meal and a very pleasant time.

The management changed and the service has gone down drastically. Service was slow. I got supreme nachos and paid $9.50 for 10 chips. Extra tortilla chips now cost extra. The new management is cutting costs and quality. We will not be coming back anymore.

The waitress was very rude and messed up our order. They took the plate in the back scraped off what we didn't want on the dish originally. Came back the dish was a mess. When we asked to speak to the manager the two females serving us were rude and had a catty tone. They did nothing or offered nothing to resolve the conflict. Ive always had fun at this place. Have had good memories but after how we were treated today, I don't think I'll be back.

Even though El Tapatio is a chain mexican restaurant, it is terrific. The food is delicious and the service is on point. Friendly people and tasty mexican food, yum.
