Super busy place, and the way the building was designed makes sound travel. There could be two people in the store and it would still be too loud. Not a fan. The food was acceptable, and for the price it makes you wonder how they stay in business. The staff was the only good thing about it. They were attentive, and friendly.

The table they sat us at was dirty. We had to have them wipe it as the booth had dirty hand prints all over and gum. MY wife had a ribeye and I had porterhouse. My wife's steak had huge chucks of fat on edges. Yes there is marbled fat on steak but the edges had an excessive amount. The mushrooms and onions are over cooked and salty. Only reason I am giving 3 stars is the porterhouse was excellent. It was kinda odd that the floor manager got us more buns as the waitress was inattentive when I asked for more buns. We are regular customers but this restaurant is in need of better housekeeping.

My husband and I eat here with our children often. We absolutely love the atmosphere and all the friendly workers! Their is the one lady there who is an absolute doll and always brings be extra butter because she knows I love it!! We love this place, not only for the food, but the staff too 😊😊😊

Everything was excellent! Ashley our server was fabulous! We loved. This was our first time eating at the Duluth Road House and it was awesome! Previously, we had only eaten at the one in Rochester, MN. We had a great time! Thank you T R.

Superb table side service. Enjoyed excellent margaritas for a house-mix. Grilled shrimp was far better than expected. Our server has worked here for years and still loves his job.
