Found a truck through the USAA car buying service at Auto Merchants. Checked it out on Thursday after work, and liked it. Went back in on Saturday for one last look and spousal approval. Travis was professional and easy going. The paperwork was easy and straightforward, got a good truck at a reasonable price. Travis even made sure that the gas tank was filled up before we left. I would recommend this place to anyone else looking for a vehicle and wanting an easy no hassle purchase.

I was not looking forward to buying a car with the stress of Christmas coming, but this dealership made it stress free to shop!!! After getting into an accident and having to suddenly start looking for a new car, my husband and I were so glad to be able to test drive as many cars as we wanted without a sales person breathing down our necks. Their pricing is transparent and more than fair. Ara was helpful and   I feel like we got an amazing deal!!!

We were looking for a good deal and found a great deal at Auto Merchants. When we arrived Travis was professional and straightforward. We had a deal very quickly and were able to pick up our freshly cleaned SUV the next day. We would highly recommend Auto Merchants and Travis.

I dealt with Travis and I would buy my next car from them. Once I found the car that I liked, they gave me a great deal and helped to finance. I had already checked with other dealers so I know this was the best deal. The process took a couple of weeks but at no time did I feel pressured.
Another thing that happened was that there turned out to be a short in the radio which caused the battery to discharge. Travis disclosed this upfront and came up with a plan to fix this. A new radio was installed and ultimately the car had to go back to the Chevy dealer to reset the computer. They had to keep the car for a week but Travis took care of all of this.
I was given a really nice loaner for the week and I left everything to them. This turned into a complicated process but the disruption on my life was minimal. I really appreciated the honesty and service from everyone at Auto Merchants especially Travis.

I had a great experience buying my car. I came in on a rainy Friday morning and Ray already had my car ready 30 minutes after I called about it. He let me and my dad take it out and drive it around. We even picked up my mom for lunch before returning the car. When it came down to asking price Ray was very fair and I got an good deal on a very reliable car. I’ve already given Ray’s card to 2 friends who are also looking for a new ride.
