When I went to Excellence Auto Direct, I was clear about my car brand of choice, and color. But what I needed help with was the technicalities like mileage, fuel, and safety features. And that is what Ash helped me with. He delivered excellent customer service beyond my expectation. He not only provided me with quality information but also helped me navigate through the options. I don’t see that commonly. Thank you Ash for a great customer service! I will definitely come to you again whenever I plan to purchase a new car.

We saw a Toyota Highlander with low miles and the lowest price around. Butch helped us out. We filled out the credit application online. Drove from Fort Worth and by the time we arrived it was pretty much all taken care of. We took the car out for a drive. I was able to put my car seat in it to see how it fit. They got us a really low rate after checking with several banks but only ran out credit once. He offered us a warranty but didn't use high pressure tactics.  The previous owner forgot to give them the second set and Butch was going to call and ask if he could mail it. Overall very pleased with the experience.

I am happily giving a 5 star rating to Ash at Excellence Auto Direct for many reasons. But the thing about him that won me over is that he is not a stereotypical salesperson who can be downright annoying. In my opinion he’s more like a friendly, caring and a customer focused car consultant. The way he helped me evaluate my options and guided me through the car buying process is something that you don’t get to see often. He is passionate and customer-centric. I like it.

If you are in search of a car then this place, as it says in its name, is an EXCELLENT dealership to go and get that done. The employees here are extremely welcoming and treat you like a regular upon arrival. Ask for Limon I promise he is the most honest and coolest salesperson you will ever meet and will help with any and all questions along the way. I went in here to only look, but I left with a car within an 2 hour period (really quick) without any hassle and no low ball offers. The manager here will do ANYTHING to make sure you are happy with your purchase, he stayed on the phone for an hour to get me approved, a first time buyer, and made me an incredible deal.

My wife wanted a car on her birthday but she was unclear of what she wanted. So, I took her to Ash, the sales representative, at Excellence Auto Direct. He’s my go-to sales guy when it comes to pre-owned car buying. I knew that he could help my wife with the purchase predominantly because he understands his customers and learns about their needs before he provides them with suitable options. He’s an honest man who is in the business to make trust based long-term relationships with customers. He’s won my trust and the trust of my wife too. We’re happy with our purchase, and we highly recommend Ash to all potential car buyers.
