The experience I had with Texas Motorcars was more then exceptional! The honesty and the professionalism of the entire staff was really comforting. They gave me a very fair trade value and had an extensive inventory to chose from. I highly recommend these guys. Best car buying experience we’ve ever had! We’ve traded a lot of cars and have been to dealers all over the US but Texas Motorcars blew everyone else away. When we arrived to look for a truck to tow our RV, Rene was very friendly and helpful but also zero pressure. He gave us keys and was happy to answer our questions, but he didn’t hover and left us alone to look and test drive. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that the trucks we were considering could safely tow our large 5th wheel. We settled on a gorgeous F-350 dually. They gave us fair numbers on our trade ins and the finance process was seamless. They got us an approval from a local credit union in about 15 minutes for a great interest rate. A few minutes later we signed the papers and our truck was brought around with a fresh wash and a tank full of gas. Rene sat in the cab with my husband to go over some of the truck features before we took it home. I can honestly say that we enjoyed car shopping here! They made it painless and stress free. We actually had fun! We will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truck. Thank you Rene and everyone at Texas Motorcars!

December 2016. 
Agreed on a price.  Was on the plane to go up when I get a call that the truck had a turbocharger issue.  Got off plane and waited.  ($247.00 gone).   
 They then called a week later and I flew up.  They picked me up and I got to wait 3.5 hours as someone put gasoline in the truck.  (It was diesel.)
When the truck arrived, it was NOT in the condition they said.  It had an obvious (bad) repainted left rear fender, the sound system didn't work, the headliner was shredded and it was a mess.  The truck was definitely not what had been described. 
Before I flew home, Brian said he'd pay for my flight home.  
Here we are two months later and he won't even return my emails.  
Total loss on travel , not to mention other incurred expenses, $743.00.

We have bought many many cars and by far this was the best experience. Extremely professional, polite, pressure free and honest and they exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be back!

I purchased a truck from the dealership in December. I bought it sight unseen and had it shipped from Texas to Virginia that was my first mistake. I asked several questions about the mechanical condition etc. On it and for pics/ videos of all the flaws the truck had and was told all their vehicles are thoroughly inspected by their mechanic before being sold. Anyways to shorten the story upon arrival i noticed the truck seemed a little sluggish going into gear but didnt think much of, being that ive never owned a Ram truck. Also some of the lights were out on it the wipers didn't work the truck bin door had a screw through it to keep it closed because the latch was broke and it needed brakes. I sent it to a mechanic had everything fixed was my first $1,000 I put into it which the dealership did cover the cost. After getting it back each day the truck got worse trying to get it to move once it was in gear so I took it to a transmission guy and was told that it needed a trans, I took it to another well know transmission mechanic and he also said the trans was shot in it that the trans pan was full of metal, and anyone one that calls themself a mechanic would have know something wasn't right with the truck as soon as you put it in gear and the dealership was probably aware of the issues, but im out of state havent seen it so once i signed the papers its my problem.
So 3 different mechanics and $7,000 dollars i have came out of pocket on this truck and I haven't even put 150miles on it yet. Be careful buying a vehicle with no warranty (2nd mistake) from this dealership I don't think they actually have a mechanic the trucks are just purchased at a auction, detailed and sold claiming everything is good.
I have e-mailed Brian the manager politely explaining the issues and my feelings towards them and not asking for anything because I did buy it unseen and as is. But i do belive they are a unhonest business. I have still yet to hear anything back from them regarding my   e-mail
