Service was dreadful, woefully understaffed for a very busy night. We had made a reservation which apparently most people hadn't and if we'd been told on arrival that there would be a 35 minute wait before our order was taken we could have simply come back on another night. When our drinks order finally appeared I received the smallest mocktail I've ever seen, picture attached. After repeated requests for bread some eventually turned up and was very good, in fact the highlight of the meal. 30 minutes in we were each given a slice of cucumber topped with salsa and told compliments of the chef. The calamari starter was good, but the iceberg salad turned out to be an iceberg lettuce cut in half, covered with some burnt bacon and dressing. Main course was mediocre and overpriced. Restaurant tried to overcharge us, presenting an incorrect bill which had to be changed. Our complaints to the manager were not taken with due seriousness. The manager was very dismissive and fairly rude. I feel sorry for his staff. Strongly recommend alternate restaurants in Snowbird such as El Chanate.

Delicious food in a fine dining atmosphere. Pricing is spot on for the quality food served. Would recommend to anyone.

This place has a good breakfast buffet but dinner options are dismal and extremely overpriced, which is highly disappointing considering how limited dining options are in the area. Two people in my party opted to send food back. While the management was very receptive, it hardly makes up for the fact that the food was sub-par. This is my 4th visit to Snowbird and this used to be a great place. Alas, things have changed quite a bit. The menu has shrunk and the quality of food degraded quite a bit. This is now a three-star joint with pricing of a five star restaurant.

Good food, wide selection, including lot's light dishes. Friendly & professional staff. Clearly marked allergenes (moi gf =D.) Last but not least nice views.
