Welcome to "Ghost Town Electronics" where we strive to ignore the customers, while giving the worst advice while we actually do decide to help you! Are you looking to make a purchase? Sure go right ahead to the front end and pay for your products with the non existent cashiers. It's a shame that I've gone with my girlfriend multiple times and received zero help from employees. As a former employee of a different location I have never seen anything like this Best buy at Arundel Mills mall. I recommend just sticking to Amazon for your purchases. At least you wouldn't have to worry about being hassled about Geek Squad Protection and opening a credit card account after not even being helped or even spoken to. Sorry Best Buy but you're getting one star on this one

Took my purchase back to get a refund , Expected to get flak. I just didn't want the product because it was WACK. The Supervisor not only gave me my money back but she did it with a smile. Great job!

It's a big box electronics store. These stores take a hit when people want to "touch and feel" items before purchasing them online. The only thing these stores have over online is that customers have access to it right there and don't have to worry about waiting 2-4 days for it to arrive by mail (with the exception of large items). Another good thing is in the event that you purchase a lemon, you can take it back without having to send it back via mail and pay S&H. This is a much more convenient perk to buying local. As a computer consultant and consumer, I felt that the prices were a bit high for remedial things like password removal and tune-ups. However, the prices are set by corporate personnel and impatient folks will gladly pay to get their accesses back and computers running smooth! This isn't your local mom 'n' pop computer repair place. Everything is set and all the employees have to abide by Standards of Procedure. If you have viruses, getting 2- or 3- year deal is best since most people aren't vigilant of what they're letting into their computers. Chances are, they'll need the service again. One thing I've noticed about this store in particular is I could walk through the whole store without a single employee asking me if I need any help or assistance. It's unfortunate but sometimes it just happens this way.

Weak Management - I asked if they matched COSTCO the girl said yes, she got the guy supervisor behind her to approve but before they could ring me up the manger called and asked who authorized the purchase. The cashier said the supervisor. The manager told me he price matches COSTCO but not at that price. Well you either price match or you don't. I don't think you should pick and choose what you price match. I had no problem giving my money to cost but I would have like to have gotten the rewards for the purchase.
