I made an online order. When the order arrived it was damaged. Had a dent that started at the bottom and ran the whole side of the stove. The driver notified me of the damage before bringing the item to the door. He offered $75 credit for me to take the stove. I did not want a damaged item for fear of unseen damage such as the electronics being damaged from whatever jolt the stove took. I requested a credit for the inconvenience of a new delivery date and because I had already uninstalled my prior stove and now was with out for the weekend. I was told I would have to speak to the person who would be calling me to set up the new delivery date. Let down again, this person never called so I contacted the online number and was denied any considerations. The only personal satisfaction I got was the ability to cancel my order and make other arrangements. (but I have to wait 3-5 days for the cancelled order credit goes back to my account)

The place is always empty. But the employees are always helpful. Love the lack of lines...but afraid it won't be here much longer

I have been to a few hhgreg's in the past 5 years and to be honest I have hated every experience. Sadly the the same continues at this location. I needed a pair of headphones and I decided to try hhgreg, since it was near the place I had lunch. I found the headphone section well enough but all of them were locked to the wall. I couldn't pick up a box and read the back without help from a sales person. Turned out all of the sales people were at the center of the store working on one problem together... Even though I was almost the only one there none of them looked up at me. I had to walk over and ask for assistance. The gentleman was nice enough but we both discovered that the pricing of the two items I wanted were posted wrong. They were all way above what I wanted to pay. So I had spent time reading boxes backwards/upside down for 10 minutes, then had to get help, finally the prices were all wrong. Went across the street to Best Buy and in 10 minutes walked out the door with a pair of headphones. No regrets.

Worst customer experience of my life when dealing with purchases for the home...not only was the majority of the sales staff completely ignorant when it came to the products (i had much more knowledge than them after a brief time doing my own research on products), but one of them was trying to work a scam, telling me increased amounts for products and old washer/dryer removal than the other salespeople.... On top of that the delivery was not completed due to missing parts and had to have them come back 2 times without success until i finally bought my own hose and did it myself.... Will never buy from HHGregg again...
