I seriously can't say enough great things about Thia and her team! I was a long distance bride and she spent so much time making sure I got exactly what I wanted and communicated when she needed clarification. On my wedding day she came and set everything up and made the experience flawless for me. I looked for a fairy tale theme with flowers, books, and candles and she executed my idea above and beyond my expectations. Absolutely wonderful and beautiful selection of flowers. Not expensive and they put together a beautiful bouquet of flowers together for me in just a few minutes. Highly recommend

My entire family uses their services. Thia and her team are top notch, best customer service and arrangements in the Southwest. Friendly staff and consistent quality, no matter how short notice you make it happen. Thank you for years of beautiful flowers and friendliness. Ill never go anywhere else. Support local!

Who calls to argue with the recipient of birthday flowers???!!! This place!  I received flowers from my sister for my birthday.  She was not pleased with what was delivered, so she contacted 1800Flowers who contracted it out to this place.  Why do I get a call to say why the floral arrangement is correct and what was ordered?  Why do I have to tell him what my sister was upset about?  I shouldn't have to!  I shouldn't have been contacted!  And apparently the place doesn't know what lavender is.....what she ordered clearly said lavender would be used, not lavender colored flowers....actual lavender.  My sister put the photo below together.....you can see there is NO lavender in the actual bouquet that was delivered.
