Ordered from IVES website. Was sent a picture of the flowers delivered to my daughter yesterday and there was a drastic difference from the website picture of my order. I called twice, left 2 messages. I also messaged the pictures via the email provided on the website. Rosemary gave me a call regarding the order. She states that they DO NOT use EMAIL. She explained that the order made used the correct "recipe" of flowers as the picture shown on the website and that it was just dispersed all around rather than forward facing. She was polite at letting me know that I was wrong.The website stated that the arrangement would be in a hurricane vase and according to Rosemary they do not have hurricane vases. If I could show the pictures you would see why I am not pleased with this service.. I also sent the pics to other people first just to make sure I wasn't over reacting. I have put together way better arrangements myself with flowers and vases purchased at walmart, for a lot cheaper. If I wasn't in a different state I would have picked up the flowers from my daughter immediately and taken them back for a refund. I guess I'll just leave it as a $77.00 donation to an Albuquerque small business.

Specific flowers ordered could not be fulfilled so they called me to arrange an alternative.  They provided an awesome arrangement that was loved by my friend.  Bonus points for me thanks to Rosemary at Ives.

Rosemary is a fantastic florist! She prepares flowers for several members of our family's graves on all holidays and birthdays.  The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the arrangements are superior.

Rosemary created the flowers for our recent wedding ceremony. She did an amazingly beautiful job on our limited budget. From our first conversation, we were impressed with her kindness. She was the first and only florist we met with because we knew she would do a better job than anyone else. When we met with her, she listened attentively, and was able to make suggestions as to what would suit our occasion best. We could not be more pleased. Thank you!!!  Tina and Gabrielle Morgan Scharp
