My fiance gave me a gorgeous engagement ring that he got from this store. He picked it out himself and said he felt very comfortable there and not pressured. Nick was very considerate of what my fiance wanted keeping in mind his price range. We both went back for our wedding bands. We love them and are probably going to wear them before we're married. Nick was a wonderful representative of The Diamond Center. He was very accomodating, patient and made us feel very comfortable. We look forward to stopping in again.

I wandered into the Diamond Center in June 2017 to purchase a gift for my wife for our anniversary.  I was immediately impressed with how friendly everyone was and was given exceptional service in purchasing a pendant and necklace for my wife.  I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman that helped me because he was great.

Fast forward to this past fall (2017) and I was finally able to give my wife her 10 year anniversary gift (even though we'd been married for 11.5 years) in a new, larger diamond for her ring.  We were helped by Jessica R. & Christine M. who put up with my bad humor that I used to cover up for the fact that my dream of paying off my student loans early was evaporating into my wife's eternal (yeah right) happiness through a new diamond on her ring.  They took the time to show us a variety of stones cuts, sizes and prices as we made "our" decision.  At no point did they pressure us in any direction and they were more than happy to offer many options.  Eventually, my wife found "the diamond of her dreams" and we purchased it.  Upon arriving back the ring and diamond were perfect and they took her old, original diamond and put it in a pendant for her.  Overall a great experience working with Jessica R. and Christine M.  Because of their excellent service, we hope that the bosses will buy everyone donuts, hot chocolate or just hand out bonus checks at the next morning meeting....  The customer is always right, correct?  :-)

Jewelry can be hard to buy but they make it an enjoyable, unintimidating experience and we highly recommend The Diamond Center.

I always thought that I would be buying my fiancé’s engagement ring from Fred Meyers. Needless to say, the Diamond Center proved me wrong. My fiancé and I were assisted by the fabulous Christine, who took the time to assist us with picking the PERFECT ring and continues to help us in finding the right wedding bands. I’m thoroughly pleased with the service that is offered at the Diamond Center and feel welcomed every time I step foot in the door. Thank you for everything that you’ve done and continue to do! You’re one of the best!

Staff was warm and friendly.  Helped us narrow down what style engagement rings we were looking keeping in mind our budget. Will definitely make this our store of choice 
 Family owned store so much better than the chains. Thanks guys for the great experience!

I had visited some other jewelry stores in the area and was not really impressed with their service or merchandise. I found an amazing ring with the help of Christine, and Dave helped us get it financed without a hassle. The whole experience was perfect. I’d highly recommend going here:)
