Great location. Really well-located, right in front of a Metro stop. We had our rooms upgraded for free for our whole group. Service is lovely. The hotel seems slightly in need of work but the lobby is snazzy and the rooms are comfortable. The rooms definitely smelled weird though to all in our group. I carry room spray with me, so easily remedied. Towels were weirdly rough. But again, fantastic location.

Perfectly located hotel downtown. Classy, without breaking the bank Quiet lounge area with enough of a buzz you don't feel overwhelmed or isolated nice selection of spirits, and knowledgeable bartenders. Comfy cafe Excellent staff from top to bottom Standard rooms are a little tight, not a lot of privacy in the washroom

I really like this hotel. The rooms are very stylish. The decor is nice. Bathrooms have heated tile floors. Refrigerators are available on request. The bar downstairs has a great atmosphere. My primary complaint is with the in-room AV system. I don't know who they contracted to set up the TVs, but my eighth grader could've done a better job. There is a panel to connect your devices to the TV, but I've stayed here for three years running for a conference, and it's never worked properly. Finally, this year out of frustration, I unsecured the TV from the wall and connected all the cables correctly myself. Whoever stays in room 337 next, please send me a tip for IT services rendered. Also, the housekeeping staff repeatedly knocked on my door when the "Do Not Disturb" light was on.

Very nice decor. Toilet has heated floor so we dont feel cold during winter. Got complimentary water bottle. Even during check in, receptionist offered us water. Love the hospitality and service. Minus 1 star is because during rain, we had some leakage in our room near the window. Overall it's almost perfect stay.

It was a real pleasure staying at the Dupont Circle.The room was well appointed with comfortable furnishings. One of the biggest standouts we're the heated floors in the bathroom. We also made use of the cafe downstairs, and the food and service were both good if not a bit pricey. The rest of the wait staff was excellent and professional as well.
