Great location. Near metro & lots of dining & shopping options. Great drinks at bar. Bartender Jorge was awesome! All employees were helpful & great. Shout out to Thomas who assisted with luggage. Only complaint is complete lack of storage. Two nightstand drawers in room were only storage other than closet. Same with bathroom. No storage. I'm guessing a man designed rooms. Modern & clean but a fraction of storage compared to tiniest cruise cabins. Otherwise loved it!

My review is based on a weekend that was one of the coldest. My room was very cold no matter how high I put on the heat, but since I had enough warm sheets I was okay. The place was clean. It's conveniently located. The staff were very nice and helpful. A decent place to stay.

Nicely decorated, but shower water pressure left a lot to be desired, and the bed's comforter was more like a sheet that wanted to be a comforter when it grew up. Could hear my neighbors with clarity. That said, the amenities overall were nice, and staff service was great. I wouldn't be mad if I had to stay here again, but I'd certainly consider other options first.

It's fine. The interior decoration is really neat. But they didn't offer free breakfast. So what's up? The bed was firm, which personally is not my preference.

Place doesn't even deserve 1 star. This place was awful! We had a room booked with them, they gave our room away even though we were charged already. They then tried to charge us a 275 for a different room even though they had charged us for the other room already. We didn't stay there & they refuse to give us a refund! The staff is extremely rude! Robert Gardner was no help at all & at one point called me liar & hung up in my face. When I called back he kept saying there was nothing they could do & if they could he wouldn't do it anyway. Avoid this place like the plague! They do not care about their customers & are money hungry leeches!!!
