Very nice hotel with an absolutely excellent bar and bartenders! The rooms themselves are gorgeous and big, and at least mine included a lovely robe for use during the stay. The reception was very helpful when trying to find a bit to eat late on a Sunday evening. In addition, laundry service was easy to find nearby. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar in Washington DC in January 2018 and found it to be absolutely amazing. The service was incredible; the staff did everything they could to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time there. All the employees were so nice and helpful. The room itself is very nice, luxurious, and in a great location. The views from the room are nice.

We loved our stay at the DC Palomar! The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the valet to the bell hop to the maids. Can’t beat the free happy hour either. We had a huge room too. Will definitely go back our next time to DC!

This was a beautiful hotel with fort class service. The rooms were big, clean, and well decorated. When the front desk learned we were a couple of moms getting away for the weekend they sent up a bottle of wine and told us to have fun! I would highly recommend staying here!

Good location, not far from DuPont Circle metro station. Hotel is pet friendly (did not have a pet with me, but there was water bowls available at the entry and on my floor, door hangers indicating there were pets in room, etc.). Room was generously sized, bathroom as well. I liked the full size toiletries in the shower. Bed was less fabulous, springs and lumpy, but the linens were very nice. I enjoyed the evening happy hours with wine and morning hot beverage options.
