Feels like they've been gradually updating the hotel. Very clean, comfortable and plenty of space. Great location. Had a really positive experience with most of the staff. Would give them 4 stars, but some of the employees could do with a little diversity training and a refresher on professionalism and customer service. My stay wasn't horrible, I'm just persnickety. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. Price wise, it was a pretty good deal.

Hotel seems nice. Lobby, bar, and restaurant were all clean and inviting. All staff I interacted with seemed pleasant. Three stars for not taking cash as a form of payment when staying as a guest. It's 2017 and if you can't manage taking cash from guests because unscrupulous cash payers have "stolen services" in the past, you really need to get out of the business.

Beautiful hotel perfect for business or leisure travel. Prices were great, staff was friendly, a d my room was clean and comfortable. I didn't utilize the restaurant but the bar/restaurant area looked really nice and the people seemed to be having a good time. Overall a great place to stay when traveling through DC.

Excellent Service! Warm and Inviting staff. The best lodging experience I've had in years. Their prices should be double.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels you can check them out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Everything was wonderful! The room, Tredici and the staff were amazing! Christopher, Front Office Manager, was incredible! He made my arrival and stay even better. The St. Gregory is in a great location, with so many available stores and restaurants near by. I have stayed her before, and I will definitely be coming back!
