I could’t be happier with the service provided by Dennis. I have called him a couple of times and both times He answered the phone himself and said he could take care of the issue and he did. The most recent time he was at my house within a half hour of me calling. I have used other plumbers in the past an waited days for them to return a call which most never do. Dennis answers the phone and fixes it promptly and the first time and what he charges is so reasonable I will never call anyone else.

What a difference from my experience from August West!  After 2 missed appointments and 5 weeks time from August West I luckily found Mazzini Plumbing.  I called and was able to get an appointment to service my gas fireplace the following day.  Everyone from the person on the phone to the installer (Dennis) was extremely professional!  Dennis took the time to show me how everything works and was meticulous in cleaning every last piece.  The price was extremely fair (30% less than AW).  I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a fireplace serivced.  I can't say enough good things about my experience.
