The guys were great, and service was excellent. Cleared the clog quickly, and gave me advice about how to prevent it from happening in the future. The only drawback, and not the fault of the plumbers, is the price. A little pricey, but got the job done, nonetheless.

Three stars for customer service. Initially they told me a time window of 12-4. They called at 2pm to tell me a technician would be available soon and they would let me know when. I called them at 4pm, since I had not heard anything, to have the dispatcher tell me “We on our way”, only to hear back from the woman ten minutes later that they had to find a new technician and it should be 15-20 minutes. Ultimately, the plumbers did not show up until 6pm—8.5 hours after I placed my call at 9:30am. 

However, five stars for the actual plumbers. Stephen H and Ryan K were professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Ron #5592 came and cleared my clogged drain.  He was very professional.  He explained what was the problem and what he needed to do. He did a great job.

Very quick service and friendly workers. I called around 9am and was seen and finished by 11:30am from making an appointment same day! Very impressed with the timelines and speed of everything. Now the price  is the only reason I give them 4 stars. I spent $445 to have my tub unclogged. So be lookin to spent a cute coin but it was worth it. They also give you a 30 day warranty so we shall see but I have no issues other than price.

Last night we attempted to make an appointment for Roto Rooter to come out. My husband called this morning around 730 to make sure it went through and it hadn’t. The agent on the call said I’ll have someone out there between 8 and 10. 15 min later he received a phone call saying the tech would be here in 30 min. Domenic (#1436) showed up and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to snake our line and have it cleared in no time. I was very impressed by him and the company for being so efficient. I will definitely be using Roto Rooter in the future and will be recommending them to friend and family.
