Sweet little place. Rooms small, but comfortable, clean, and functional.  Just across the road is beach access and a decent pub, decent food. I would recommend and return.

Friendly staff and a charming atmosphere make this place. The rooms are small (especially the bathrooms) but clean. Some small neglected maintenance issues were the only thing keeping me from rating four stars All in all for a place to lay your head it's clean and comfortable.
