Great customer service. I had the pleasure of learning about The Good Feet Store, Arch Support products by Daijsa. Super nice person, concerned with my needs, knowledgeable, very professional, and even helped me tie my shoes. I wish sales persons were infected with this type of attitude everywhere and all the time. I will be trying the product I purchased tomorrow.

Working for The Good Feet Store is an incredibly rewarding blessing. From an employee standpoint Jonathan Cotten and his family are the exception. I experience people suffering day in and day out. When you see the faces of people that are in awe after dealing with chronic pain an incredible sense of empathy rushes over you. I am so proud of what I do. I work for an establishment that gives people hope. It gives a person the faith to believe that they can have their life back. People get to play with their grandchildren, run marathons, and work without chronic pain. I have several customers that have improved their balance to the point where they are no longer in need of a cane! I have experienced people in tears after feeling the relief in their feet. I have had one customer dance out of the store. Jonathan Cotten has four pillars each employee builds their foundation on. Two of these pillars are Radical Integrity and Unwavering Positivity. Why? Every person that comes through our doors is looking for those two things. We spend time with you, we listen to your story, and we offer solutions. Thank you Good Feet customers for allowing us to join you in your Good Feet journey. Thank you Jonathan Cotten for being an exceptional leader and mentor for all your Good Feet staff. This was the best thing for my feet in 5 years..i'm moving better now with the arch supports.The arch's are helping alleviate foot pain and improve my balance and the alignment of the feet.
