I was in the store two days ago in hopes of buying my first mattress. Everett was my salesperson and he was truly great--answered all my questions well and basically gave me the key to the kingdom. Imagine my agitation when I returned yesterday eager to fill out my paperwork only to find out that literally almost EVERYTHING he told me the day before was a lie. He told my I could get the 60 months with zero interest KNOWING I had firmly decided to get a mattress that was $1500. Guess what? You can only do the 60 months zero interest if you spend $2000 or more. He never told me that the day before. He also told me there was a 90 day guarantee where if I didn't like my mattress, I could return it. Didn't find out until I was filling out the paperwork that that only applies when you buy the $200 mattress protector. I asked Everett if there was a delivery fee and he said it was $65. I asked if that was something that needed to be paid up front. I KID YOU NOT, he looked me in the eye and said if you don't wanna pay the delivery fee, I'll take care of you. Guess what I was charged for last night on the paperwork? And to make matters worse, I asked him why I was paying for that and he made it out like it was a deal I was paying $65 and not $135. I'm extremely irritated with the way the salesperson lied to me multiple times and am probably going to be cancelling my order. This was a complete irritating experience and I don't want them to get a dime of my money. Sad because I love GAHS and I've bought from them before.

Horrible sales experience... Keith or whatever his name is was barely focused on our wants and didn't even try to sell anything because we are a younger married couple. we refused to talk price till we saw more then one. after we asked to see another set of couches he lost interest and started talking to other people and left then told us after we fell in love with a living room set and mentioned a bed it's over in that direction and left. had he have shown a little more caring he would have easily had a 3,000 dollar plus cash sale... will NOT BE going back .

I had the easiest furniture buying experience thanks to Buddy at the Southaven, MS location! I went in and explained what I was looking for. He showed me a couple of pieces, and I tried them and was able to pick the one I want, make payment and leave the store in less than 30 minutes. My furniture was delivered quickly, and I couldn't be happier! I will certainly shop there again. Thank you, Buddy, for your help!!!

It was great. Larry was very helpful, and I was able to get everything I needed for a reasonable price. I love my new furniture!
