Went to salem store to get an ice auger thats on sale. Did not have any abailable. Called nashua asked for the ice auger on sale to be put aside told him the model name and the price was told it was put aside and there were two in stock.. Now i have been waiting for over an hour, nobody knows where the ice auger is, no body put one aside.?

I went in the store today looking for three things. I wanted to buy a bike for my wife. Lots of bikes most did not have prices on them. No one around to ask. I was looking to also replace my Golf GPS watch, They had one in the store. The one was almost 3 times what I was looking to spend. I also want to buy some Bauer Vapor Skates. I had a question about the requirement of heat fitting. I could not get an answer. There is nothing on the Bauer site either. I was also told skate sharpening comes with the purchase but there was no one there who knew how to do that and I would have to come back tomorrow.

Went to find cleats for my grandson. Sales person was not helpful at all. Called the Concord store spoke with Sam, told her exactly what we were looking for size and everything. She held a pair for us. Drove all the way up, Sam had them waiting for us.. with a smile. Even made sure that the cleats fit properly. Now that is service!
