Terrible location... I love home depot... But this location is horrible. Unless you're buying tools.. You won't find any employee to assist you here... I've been waiting for someone to come talk to me about buying new windows for my entire house for about an hour now. They've "paged" someone to come assist like 8 times... No one showed up... I guess I'll just go to Lowes  ...

The valley stream home depot is close to my home and I have been going there almost everyday to buy materials because I'm remodeling my home.  I've had good and bad days there .  But there are 3 store associates that are the best at what they do and offers excellent customer service.  If you ever go there ask for RYAN ( works at the customer service send near returns) ,   SHAWN ( manager and a sales associate) and KESHAWN  ( sales associate ) . They helped me so much pick up and find materials and give me helpful tips and help load my stuff onto the suv . They have a very friendly personality as well . Of you want proper help, find one of these hardworking helpful guys.  They know the store well and know what they are doing .

Terrible customer service.  Workers were rude and not willing to help. Went to the power tools section looking for a rep to assist but nobody came by over the course of 20 mins. So I went to the front check out area and asked if anyone can assist me and they said to go to the tools section and wait. After I explained to them that I did that already, they said there's nothing else they can do, useless

This is going to be my last time going to this home Depot.  Nothing is stocked in the right place, prices don't make sense, the whole store is a mess, checkout is hell.  This place should be closed down, go anywhere else but here.  I've given up.

Whenever I visit this Home Depot store, I always find what I come here to get because I always research that which I want to buy online for availability in stock at the store so I won't spent my time wander all over the place without getting anything. 

😒 The lack of staff can irritate you when you need help finding 🔍 a product and can't see any staff. Otherwise, I highly recommend this Home Depot to anyone because of all my positive shopping experiences I've had here. 😁
