Shout out to two employees here - Diamond and Ricky (hope I'm getting the names correct) I was looking for a very specific drill and they had some in stock but weren't on the shelves yet. They looked around the steel and found the pallet containing the drill I wanted and got it for me. They put a good amount of time into finding it. That level of customer service is getting harder to find nowadays.

Worst place to buy wood floors! The assistant manager is so rude with the customers. I wanted to change the floors I ordered, and because of that they charged me 500 hundred dollars! I am not going to come back again never!! I found more nice floors in Lowes! Best service, best prices.

Being in retail, you know what a good experience is and a bad one. As a manager, you can choose to turn that around in an instant and this store has a lot of opportunity on all levels.
