I have a project due in 2 days and I had an idea already of what I needed to built. I came in confused on what kind of items I needed and how I was going to put it together. I first ran into Jimmie and he helped as much as he could and then referred me to Devin. This guy is an angel in disguise! He helped beyond the definition of customer service and he helped my friend too! He's has made my experience here at Home Depot the best and amazing! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HELP DEVIN! What a ZOO! Both aisles I need to go to were closed because the forklift was in there and they were rearranging and cleaning. Except all I saw them doing was standing around talking and laughing. Only 2 cashiers with lines long as hell. After waiting in line at Self checkout , attendant lost the scan gun therefore told me she couldn't ring me up and I had to wait in line again for a cashier. Dumbass didn't know how to manually enter 8 80lbs bags of concrete. By far, the worst home depot I've ever been to. Only reason they get 1 star is because this wouldn't let me put no stars.

Called to check availability on something I had the SKU and everything. They left me on hold for 15 mins and then hung up on me. I had to call back and wait 5 - 10 more mins and they knew it was me without even answering... lol they knew they clicked on me!

Vast supplies, ample support for customers; sometimes you find bargains. Easy parking and access to public transportation

The isles are in desperate need of organization but, what sorprised me the most was the fact that at 7pm on a Friday night this Home Depot had only one register open. Unbelievable !!!
