On 11/30/17 Home Depot showed me why they are just awesome. I ran into an issue in the store where I couldn't place my appliance order of almost $3,000 (Whirlpool microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher). On 11/29/17 I was upset after I found out online thru customer care that my items were in stock but on back order. I was trying to use my new Home Depot credit card and of course I couldn't do it online since I didn't have the card yet.. The store manager Greg, the assistant store manager Patrick and the bad ass appliance associate Bernice she stayed with me until the whole order got done even though she didn't eat lunch and have a full break that day.. We ran into an issue in the computer system and even though the service desk in the front fixed it she stayed. The best part she found me $131.00 of discounts I didn't even know I had. I have always loved Home Depot and I just moved here from Gurnee and they did a great job, that is why I spent $3,600 in those few days including tools. Shout out to Jim for his help as well

Yes I had this cash your name len he was awesome and help me find my flowers help me note my mouth and was a Very good listener and gave good feedback just want everyone know at home depot that this cash or len is very awesome

No one showed up to help with saws, despite reaching to customer service twice. Maybe you are racist. You just lost sale to Amazon.
