Do not purchase water heater from them @WhirlpoolCorp @Lowes. Anything goes wrong- warranty does NOT cover shipping. Cold showers- extra fees while waiting for the parts to come in. Tech has to come out at least 2X- 1 assess 2 fix Buy @bbb_us local. @AngiesList @ConsumerReports Why not ship parts to Lowes for free then pick up?? Cheap corps.

I'm in the middle of a home renovation and needed new patio doors. The process with lowes was fine; in fact, they were very helpful in helping me choose and providing estimates. However, as they subcontract everything contractors there is no quality control. I got a phone call from 1 contractor and he was the rudest man. His message was extremely garbled and barely audible. Second, when I called him back, he didn't even identify himself, as a contractor. In fact, he said "I'd like to start tomorrow." Without even offering me the option to choose. Third, when it came to confirm times, he was greasy. "Oh whenever you are available, you can choose," all was said in an offending manner like he was talking to someone from a bar or something. Absolutely disgusting manners. Fourth, as I could barely here him, I wanted to double check the time and my address. He started yelling! Straight up yelling on the phone at me!, his customer and someone who will be ultimately paying for his services. NOPE! I got his name and quickly wrapped up the conversation. I called Lowe's, explained the situation and asked for a new contractor. I refuse to pay for some slimy contractor to enter my home and address me this disparaging manner. Hopefully, Lowe's will take of it and send me a better contractor.

I only gave one star because 0 (zero) stars is not an option. Don't bother with this store. Everything I have purchased in the last 5 years has been returned. They don't have the products that they sell you on web orders, and then you get to wait for a refund. There are better options in Home Improvement stores in the area. Avoid this one.

I was shocked at the worst service I got from a crazy lady in the carpet or flooring department at Lowes of Naperville today, she was making faces at my questions, practically screaming, running around while talking and looked so confused and talking to herself! It looked like she missed taking her psych meds today, she told me that I have to follow their rules in order to buy carpet! Lowes must check medical history too before hiring people! The worst customer service ever!
