Always plenty of knowledgeable staff there to help you with questions. They do a great job finding out what you need instead of just trying to sell you something. When I just started using a bike to commute to work, one of the staff went through and explained some of the differences and personal experiences in racks and bags to help me pick one that fit my needs and price range. I've also found some good deals in the used parts corner.

Incredibly friendly service for ZAP bike tags, as well as for items that they sell in-store! They know their products very well, and the team makes an effort to get to know customers. The staff were also very helpful with a purchase I needed to refund as well.

Every mechanic has been helpful and quick with fixing or diagnosing the problem on my bike. Knowledgeable and willing to help teach customers.

I got so much attitude from the greasy handed guy that I left without getting my bike fixed. I guess I caught the store on a bad day as it appears plenty of people get decent service here, but that was not my luck.
I will not be going back
