This is the only local jewelry store I use.
I have been coming to The Jewelry Centers

I buy. I get my repairs done there. And we'll sell  we sold scrap gold to them in the past

Very pleasant and helpful. Not pushy.
Denise is always a big help.
I recommend them to neighbors and friends.
Its nice to go to a place where they don't  play games. Highly recommend.

I went in to look around and found a great selection of pieces. Vicki helped me pick out a gorgeous opal ring that I love! She was so knowledgeable, pleasant and very personable. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Every time I go to this store is the same darn thing: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never forget some time back talking to a gentleman who works there about possibly buying a Rolex watch. Though I ultimately decided not to buy the watch, he spent an extra ordinary amount of time answering all of my questions and going over every minute detail. Thank you everyone there for exemplifying the "platinum" standard of customer service.

I forgot to pick up my repaired gold chain for 9 whole months. Walked into today and Mike was ready to help me right away. He quickly located my long forgotten chain, and assured me people had forgotten items for much longer periods than I had. Chain is good as new. I can’t even locate the desired spot. Thanks Mike and Team for keeping my chain safe for the last 9 months.

The team over at The Jewelry Center off Layton are simply wonderful. They really aim to make your experience with them as personal and memorable as possible. My now-husband and I went into the store looking for my engagement ring and our wedding bands and Vicki, who worked with us, was absolutely wonderful. She  never pressured us into something we did not like or was not ready for. Once she found out what I like for my ring, she pulled all beautiful ones that were within our budget and because of her, I found the ring of my dreams. She even went over and beyond for us trying to see if somehow we could get  special custom ring made for my husband’s band. Sadly, it could not be done like we hoped, but when we saw her again months later, not only did she remember us, but she remembered all the details from that experience and said she still hadn’t given up hope that one day they would be able to have that made for us. We found a different band there for him and she, like mine, made it a wonderful experience.  Since then, we have brought in all our jewelry into TJC for repairs and cleaning and will continue to do so because they are wonderful at what they do and really make all their customers feel welcomed and important. Thank you, Vicki, for all you have done for us and also to everyone else at TJC! – Tom and Sarah K
