Primarily used TJC for watch battery changes until I needed to buy an engagement ring. After going to most major jewelers I wound up back here. Catherine and the team here are second to none and extremely patient. They went the extra mile to ensure that I loved what I was choosing. My fiancé and I also went with them for our wedding bands. Catherine knew our styles so well that when a new men’s wedding band came in she grabbed it and set it aside for us to take a look at.

Catherine and Linda are the best there is when it comes to jewelry.  I have been going to them for all my jewelry and watch needs for over 10 years!  They are both so kind and genuine and sincere.  
Throughout the years they have educated me on jewelry, helped me design custom jewelry, helped me with all my watch batteries and sizings and always helped me to pick out the perfect jewelry item for my wife, mother and grandmother.  
I am one who rarely writes reviews but I want to highly recommend Catherine and Linda at The Jewelry Center in Brookfield to anyone that is looking for the perfect piece of jewelry!

I have had nothing but great experiences with TJC. I stared off coming for a watch battery, they then spent 15/20 minutes trying, then successfully, getting a necklace off my neck that the hook got stuck behind the stone. They attached a new clasp for way less than I would have expected. My fiancé ended up getting my engagement ring here so when we started looking for wedding bands we came back. The entire process was easy. They were so knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. They recreated what I liked into platinum in a pretty short turnaround. My fiancé went back a few times to find the perfect band for himself and Catherine had actually set aside a band for him that she saw thinking he would like it... it ended up being the winner! The ladies here are amazing. They greet us by name upon entering the store and really care.

Stopped in to get watch batteries replaced and was treated with as much respect and grace as if I was buying a big ticket jewelry item.  I’ll definitely return.
