I was serviced quickly and cheerfully even though I didn't have an appointment set up. The people at Kesslers are very kind and thoughtful. They listen to what you want and are careful to make suggestions that for what you want. They don't try to talk you into any one diamond or price point. I was treated with lots of warmth and respect and given good ideas to think about. They tried multiple ways to show diamonds so that I felt I saw everything about each diamond.

I have had a great experience at Kesslers, in Germantown. When picking out my engagement ring with my partner they were extremely friendly and didn’t pressure us into anything, they looked at bands and diamonds only in our price range and it was overall a great experience. I love that I can go in and get my ring cleaned whenever I want to and they always have friendly faces there to greet me and help with what I need!

For years I held my Mom’s wedding ring in my jewelry box. I wanted to create a piece of jewelry that I could wear so it could be with me, not stored in my jewelry box. I saw a ring which had two solitaires side by side and thought how cool it would be if I could incorporare my wedding ring with my Mom’s. I went to Kesslers to see how they could help me create a new wedding ring setting combining both mine and my mom’s ring. I met with a jewelry sales associate who listened to my ideas and then enhanced it with some additional ideas. Kesslers then created a model setting for me to view. The model allowed me to make sure it was what I had imagined it would look like and if I wanted to make any changes. When I received the call that my ring was done, I could not wait to see it. I still remember the feeling I had when I opened that ring box. To know that my mom was now part of my ring, made my ring that much more sentimental. I absolutely love my ring!! Working with Kesslers was a great experience and I would highly recommend Kesslers.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Half of my wedding ring wrap broke off while getting into a cab in NYC. There was an incident which was very stressful. I must have grasped the taxi door with all my strength and broke the ring. I was sick to my stomach the entire taxi ride and flight back to Milwaukee, I immediately went to Kesslers the next day - I couldn't work and barely slept! The wedding ring wrap was bought and wedding ring replaced to fit the wrap from Kesslers. I am left handed so the wedding ring was very worn down. The wrap/ring was purchased 23 years ago. There was no record of me having the wedding ring replaced as their computer system had been long changed from then; however, they believed me. They did a remarkable job "redoing" my ring. They informed me of very step they were taking to ensure my ring would be just as it was. In fact, it's more beautiful than it was previously. I cried when I saw it! It was beautiful. I will never go elsewhere. Why would when you are treated so wonderfully by every staff member I have come in contact with? When you hear the commercials and all they promote, believe what Richard says. It's ALL TRUE. You are family!

Just got married 3 days ago and my husbands ring is too big. When we first went and picked them out we told the lady that it was too big. She said lets order this size anyways. When we picked up the ring, to no surprise, it was too big. The lady said well we should wait until after the wedding to exchange it after he wears it a while but not to worry we could exchange it no cost. OK, great. Now that we are all excited to wear our rings we call to get the ring exchanged and they tell me he has to drop it off and will have to wait 8 - 10 weeks until the new size comes in. So now he has no ring to wear after all. Absolutely ridiculous. It is completely paid for and not this specific ring that is getting sized they are simply ordering a new one. There is no reason why we can't hold onto the current ring until the proper size (which we tried to tell them in the first place) comes in. They completely had our business until now. We will be telling all of our engaged and soon-to-be-engaged friends.
