Just 15min walk to Times Square. Trendy lobby with bar (aka mixing room). This hotel could use sound proof rooms and upgrade their elevator system. Rooms are in the smaller size (than you imagined or seen from website pictures) just like rest of NYC real estate. Friday's a jazz band was playing in lobby. I enjoyed my stay and it was within walking distance from most of the major NYC attractions.

As with any Autograph location, there's an unique style that accompanies the place; in this case, it's a stylized art deco jazz theme. Its location in Midtown East offers easy access to a few different subway lines (5 to 10m walk away) and is close to a lot of the shopping and restaurants near Fifth Avenue and Bryant Park area. The rooms, like most NYC hotels are fairly small but bigger than most hotels in the area. Because it's renovated, rooms are pretty clean. Staff are great and friendly, very accommodating.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the city. Great location midtown. Always receive amazing service! The Loyalty Manager is great! :) the rooms are really nice as well and you can get some great views!

Decent location about midway between 2 subway stations, as well as walking distance from Times Square (for those who bring comfortable shoes!) The rooms are clean and very comfortable. There was a lounge area on the ground floor which was full of guests resting and socializing all day, as well as a mezzanine level with a more relaxed atmosphere and more intimate seating. The front desk staff are very polite and friendly. The attached restaurant has good food, but a waitress (not the one who served us) stood and blatantly watched my husband as he calculated tip and signed the credit card receipt.

I love this hotel, while not a big luxurious place, you can't beat the location and service. Their management is really good and do their best to accommodate reasonable requests from customers. I keep coming back month after month and overall it's always consistent. Kudos to Cindy (Manager on Duty) in particular for such an amazing customer service skills!
