Saturday 01/20/18 we stayed at The Broadway at Times Square Hotel and a pipe burst in the ceiling at 3am while we were sleeping. The water was leaking on the bed as well as our belongings. It took the staff over an hour to move us to a different room, & they charged my card not only the full amount but an additional $30. After 2 emails and 4 phone calls they said they're generously giving us 20% off and we we're lucky because they moved us to a bigger room. I'll be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

This place was nice but the room was expansive and they was very little rooms and I found a roach in my room

After a credit card theft, I noticed a bunch of charges at this hotel. When I called the hotel to alert them someone was using my stolen card at their hotel they hung up on me.
