Marriott PP and Shareholder. This stay has to be in my top three worst hotel stays. Three different rooms in three days (due to room size, housekeeping leaving a previous guest's sock on the floor, the air conditioner malfunction, the heater was 'repaired' with a cardboard box and towels), an arcing electrical outlet and a water leak in the bathroom). Fortunately, I received a random survey from Marriott. I received an email from the Director of Front Office with the same canned apologies as shown in the other reviews. His email asks for me to contact him via phone to discuss. I have left two voicemails and one email. No response in the week since his email. This speaks volumes as to the level of customer service and value they place on guests. Hopefully Marriott will end their association soon.

Amazing service. Great rooms. I had a good view of the Chrysler Building! Cant wait for them to be serving food again. One big down side was the lack of warm water both days. Very rough.

Really loved this hotel. It was very comfortable and loved the design of the room. Having the closet to put my suitcase in was very nice as there isn't an excess of floor space. I also loved the bathroom!! The tub was so nice, after being up for 36 hours I was exhausted and every muscle ached. I stopped at LUSH, down the street bought a glorious bath bomb and soaked in the tub before crashing on the plush bed. Felt completely rejuvenated in the morning. I recommend both the hotel and the LUSH bath bomb.

It is neat, clean, and convenient with modern, updated rooms. In typical NY style, it is not cheap by any standards other than maybe Tokyo or HK, but it was decent value. The staff was nice and helpful.

Stayed here 4 nights with the family. Rooms are recently updated. Front staff was friendly. But c’mon, a full service hotel that tells its guest they don’t have coffee on the weekend? Concierge bar had bags of chips & water. Attendant wouldn’t let me have a club soda. Said he had to save for mixed drinks. Saw a reviewer say there was a jazz band in the lobby at night. Not so. Nothing but bare minimums here. Won’t be back.
