A fun little upscale florist in downtown Pittsburg. We are your "Go To" florist and strive to give you some of the most beautiful and unique arrangements in town. We offer many beautiful silk arrangements and fabulous gift items as well as fresh floral.

I ordered flowers online for my daughter at college on Valentine's day and she never recieved them.  I called them to inquire and see if they were delivered. They said they had delivered them in the morning.  The school hadn't notified my daughter.   Later that evening I recieved a call from the flower store and they wanted to personally take her a new arrangement so she wouldn't have to wait till the next day to get them at school.  They went Above and Beyond.

Once again they have outdone themselves!!  The staff are always so friendly and creative when I️ order flowers!!  The arrangements are done beautifully and if they need to make substitutions, they check with you before doing them!  Thanks for going above and beyond, again!!

I chose them to do my wedding flowers and I was not that impressed. At first, the woman was very welcoming. They made you really feel like they were trying to help you get the most for your money and they even gave me great ideas for my reception. However, they were difficult to get answers from. When we had discussed my flower bouquet, I made a specific request that I did not want any green showing and I wanted predominantly pink flowers and not white. They sent me a picture of the bouquet the day before my wedding and it had a ton of green showing with mostly white flowers and a little pink. I explained to them that the bouquet is not what I had discussed with them and told them what I wanted. The bouquet below is STILL what I ended up with. Green with mostly white and a little more pink than the original picture. Also, not all of my flowers were bloomed and it did not look very good. The centerpieces (pink roses and baby's breath) that I left out over night looked better than my bouquets. I was very disappointed.

As the pastor of a local church we have used The Little Shop of Flowers exclusively for our needs for over 5 years.  

We are somewhat particular with what we want sent, unique might be more accurate, and Kim and her team have accommodated us graciously.

I ordered flowers and a balloon totaling  $69.86 for Valentine's day. I put a comment in their section called special notes stating that the flowers need to arrive before 1:30p.m. because that is when my girlfriend leaves work and heads home (we live an hour away from her work). The flowers arrived at 5:00p.m. and she only got to see pictures of them on her phone because the girl she works with sent her a text. Now she wont get her flowers untill the day after valentines. I called them and was not given a reason for the delay. I was only informed that she saw the note that they were susposed to be delivered by 1:30 and I was offered no reason or compensation for their failure...all and all a very unsatisfactory experience.
