The room was clean, comfortable and warm. It overlooked the terrain park so we got to watch a bunch of kids doing flips when we want in at 2pm. The service was great, very attentive and friendly. Big props to Mike Simmons and the front desk team for making the stay great! We will definitely be coming back.

Nothing beats the ski in ski out set up of the mountain club on loon. The rooms are fine, and even offer full kitchen sweets. The food is also good, which typically is not the case for ski resorts. Our only and major complaint is that often times, when you book an overnight deal, it comes with vouchers. These vouchers are a trick and cannot be used the way the customer is meant to believe. When they tell you you will receive a $25 restaurant voucher, what they decide to omit is that the customer is required to buy at least two entrees before it can be applied. This is unacceptable and cheap! Aside from the aforementioned complaint, all else is great. Also wish the mountain had night skiing. It's a worthy investment that customers have been asking about for a decade.

Trail conditions at Loon were pretty bad, icy, but the mountain club at Loon was nice. Big rooms, nice kitchen, food in the attached restaurant is very good. I would come again, but only if the snow is better.

Great in the fact that it is right on the mountain but rated it down due to how loud it is.  Walls/doors are paper thin to sound, we heard everything during our stay.  

The hotel layout is a bit odd and parking isn’t exactly the easiest thing to figure out (there are arrows indicating exit only on all the garage entrances...).  

Overall a 4 star worthy stay.
