Just moved here with my new bride and really love living here.  I lived in Belltown before this and even though I'm just down the street from both the football and baseball stadiums, the noise level has gone down significantly (Belltown can get a little crazy).  Amenities are fantastic.  We had a pretty hot summer this year (2017) and having a/c was a huge blessing.  Controlled access and security is good.  Clean garage that's also patrolled by security.  Good gym.  They throw lots of parties for Seahawks games, holidays and the occasional Pioneer Square gathering with free food and booze.  I thank God for my wife everyday and would live with her anywhere, but living here is really the cherry on top.  Lots of fond memories living here, so close to everything.

Beautiful building, great staff, a block or two away from both Seattle stadiums. What more could you want?
